THE BRIEF
A 1-acre urban site in Chhatarpur to be turned into a fully functioning market garden integrated with a farm-to-table restaurant — supplying the kitchen, running a CSA model, and doubling as an educational and demonstration space for regenerative agriculture apprentices.
WHAT ANITYATVA DID
Turnkey implementation covering concept, design, SOPs, and training over 15 months. The market garden was built to supply 150+ varieties to the farm kitchen and 30 CSA subscriber households. Water harvesting infrastructure and 100 trees were established alongside the growing systems. The site became a working agri-tourism hub with a pop-up restaurant and events space.
