OUR APPROACH

About Anityatva

We design and implement regenerative farms, ecological landscapes, and land-based enterprises that improve soil, water, biodiversity, and long-term farm viability.

Anityatva was created to help landowners, farmers, institutions, restaurants, and hospitality projects move from scattered ideas to clear, buildable land systems.

What Anityatva Means

Anityatva means the end of old patterns so new systems can take shape.

For us, this applies directly to land.

Many farms are planned in fragments. A pond here, trees there, crops somewhere else, labour added later, markets thought of last. We believe land must be designed as a complete system.

Water, soil, plants, animals, people, infrastructure, budgets, and management all need to work together.

That is the basis of our work.

Our Work

We work at the meeting point of ecology, agriculture, design, and enterprise.

The goal is simple: land that is beautiful, productive, ecologically alive, and economically workable.

Our Design Philosophy

Good farm design must answer four questions.

Ecology

Economy

Management

Beauty

Can the land support it?

We study slope, water, soil, vegetation, access, climate, and existing ecological patterns.

Can people manage it?

We design systems around labour availability, skill levels, tools, training, and daily operations.

Can it earn or justify its cost?

We think through enterprise models, phasing, crop choices, market fit, and cash flow.

Can it improve the place over time?

We plan for soil building, water retention, biodiversity, tree systems, and resilience.

Founder Story

Nishant Gill

Founder & Lead Designer

Nishant works across regenerative agriculture, farm planning, ecological landscape design, enterprise development, and systems strategy.

His work focuses on helping farms and land projects become more than plantation exercises. He brings together soil health, water systems, agroforestry, crop planning, farm economics, labour systems, and implementation strategy.

Before starting Anityatva, Nishant worked in creative and cultural spaces. That background continues to shape the way Anityatva designs land - with attention to function, experience, beauty, and long-term meaning.

Today, his work is focused on building profitable and ecologically sound land systems across India.

Design, Food Systems & Farm Experience

Abha Aggarwal

Design, Food Systems & Farm Experience

Abha brings a design-led and sensory lens to Anityatva's work. Her interests in natural materials, slow food, fermentation, hosting, and traditional craft shape the way our farm experiences, workshops, food systems, and visual language are created.

At the Kumaon Hub, she helps shape the atmosphere of the place - from food and learning experiences to the way people interact with the farm.

Her work adds warmth, beauty, and cultural depth to Anityatva's ecological practice.

The Kumaon Hub

Our living demonstration farm in Almora, Uttarakhand

The Anityatva Kumaon Hub is our 5-acre regenerative agriculture training and demonstration farm near Almora.

It is where we test, learn, host, grow, and teach.

The hub includes market gardening, soil fertility systems, water harvesting, food forests, composting, farm-to-table meals, workshops, and ecological learning experiences.

It gives clients and participants a real place to see what regenerative agriculture can look like in practice - with all its beauty, difficulty, labour, and learning.

Why Clients Work With Us

Why clients choose Anityatva

Regenerative farm planning and landscape design map

We think before we plant.

Every project starts with context, land assessment, water, soil, access, budget, labour, and long-term goals.

We design for implementation.

Our plans are meant to be built on the ground, not kept as beautiful drawings.

We care about farm economics.

A regenerative farm must also make sense for the people managing and funding it.

We work across scales.

From small food gardens and farm-to-table spaces to multi-acre farms and larger land development projects.

We stay involved.

We support implementation, training, SOPs, monitoring, and decision-making after the design stage.

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUR LAND

Have land, but not a clear plan yet?

That is usually the best time to speak to us.

We can help you understand what to build, what to avoid, what to phase, and how to make the land productive without wasting years on disconnected decisions.
